It is a very convenient dish, cost-efficient, and insanely delicious! You can even store these in the fridge for a few days after you cooked them. A healthy, quick meal to go. INGREDIENTS
Chopped ham or whatever meat you like
Diced tomatoes & other veggies
Shredded cheese
Eggs
Salt & pepper
How to make Lazy Eggs
Step 1: Grease well with nonstick spray each muffin.
Step 2: Place the meat well in the bottom of each muffin.
Step 3: Then, layer the vegetables over the meat.
Step 4: And sprinkle over the cheese.
Step 5: Top each muffin with one egg.
Step 6: Season each egg with salt and pepper.
Step 7: Place the muffin inside the oven and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 20 minutes or until the egg yolks are firm the way you like it and the egg whites are cooked through.
