This Magic Crispy Baked Shrimp is a total family favorite! It is very easy to prepare as well! In just 30 minutes, you will surely enjoy this dish! For a simple family dinner, this recipe is one to try! Don’t wait another minute not knowing how delicious this is. Leftovers are not a problem because they will be gone in just minutes!
Ingredients:
FOR THE SHRIMP:
3 garlic cloves, minced
4 tbsp (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, melted and divided
Juice from one lemon
1/2 c dry white wine
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 pound jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
FOR THE TOPPING:
2 tbsp butter, melted
1/2 tsp salt
Fresh parsley, finely chopped
1/4 c Parmesan cheese, finely grated
3/4 c panko breadcrumbs
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 218 degrees C or 425 degrees F.
Stir in 2 tbsp of melted butter and wine into a 9×13-inch baking pan.
Place the pan in the preheated oven and heat for about 10 minutes to reduce its volume.
In a mixing bowl, add lemon juice, and the rest of the butter, garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir everything until well incorporated.
Add the shrimp into the bowl with the lemon juice mixture, then toss until well coated.
In a separate mixing bowl, add Parmesan cheese, 2 tbsp of melted butter, bread crumbs, and salt. Stir everything until well blended.
Remove the pan from the oven, then arrange the shrimp in a single layer. Sprinkle the breadcrumb topping over the shrimp.
Place the pan in the oven and bake for about 12 minutes or until done. You can broil the shrimp for another 2 minutes or until they turn brown. Remove the pan from the oven.
Sprinkle freshly chopped parsley on top to garnish.
Serve right away. Enjoy!
