How to make Magic Crispy Baked Shrimp
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 425 degrees F.
Step 2: Into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan, pour the wine and add 2 tbsp melted butter. To reduce the sauce, place it in the oven for about 10 minutes.
Step 3: Into a bowl, place the rest of the butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Then, toss in the shrimp.
Step 4: Place the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, and 2 tbsp melted butter in another bowl. Mix well until combined.
Step 5: Take the baking dish out of the oven. In a single layer, spread out the shrimp, snuggling the fit of them together.
Step 6: On top, sprinkle the breadcrumb topping.
Step 7: Return to the oven and bake for about 12 minutes or until the shrimp are opaque but still pink.
Step 8: To encourage browning, broil on high for 2 minutes.
Step 9: Before serving, garnish with some fresh parsley. Enjoy!
