1 c sour cream
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp seasoned salt
1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper
1 1/2 c freshly grated Parmesan cheese, divided
3 lbs boneless chicken breasts, trimmed of excess fat
Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 190 degrees C or 375 degrees F.
Step 2: Apply cooking spray in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Step 3: Add 1 cup of Parmesan cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper into a medium mixing bowl. Whisk until well blended.
Step 4: Coat each chicken breast with the mixed seasonings.
Step 5: Arrange the chicken breasts into the prepared baking dish.
Step 6: Add the sour cream mixture on top and spread it evenly.
Step 7: Sprinkle a very generous amount of Parmesan cheese on top.
Step 8: Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes or until done.
Step 9: Broil for 2 more minutes or until the cheese has turned brown.
Step 10: Remove from the oven.
Step 11: Serve hot and enjoy!
1. Place any leftovers into an airtight container. They can last up to 3 days.
2. When reheating, place it inside the oven and heat for about 10 minutes at 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
