Ingredients
3/4 c. mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
1 c. Parmesan cheese, shredded
1/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
4 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1 pound chicken breasts, boneless/diced
1/2 tsp seasoned salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
How to make Melt In Your Mouth Chicken Bake
Step 1: On the bottom of a greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan, place the diced chicken.
Step 2: Place the mayonnaise (or yogurt), Parmesan cheese, seasoned salt, pepper, garlic, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl. Mix well until combined.
Step 3: On top of the chicken, evenly spread the mixture and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Step 4: In a preheated 375 degrees oven, place the pan and bake the chicken for about 30 to 35 minutes or until completely cooked.
Step 5: When done, take the baking pan out of the oven. Serve the chicken over pasta or rice. Or enjoy the chicken bake by itself!
