INGREDIENTS :
6 eggs
1 cup sugar
20 cl of liquid fresh cream
1 cup coconut
1/3 cup cornstarch
PREPARATION :
Preheat the oven to 350 F.
Beat the eggs with the sugar
Add the liquid fresh cream, mix
Add the shredded coconut and mix,
Add the cornstarch, mix
Pour into a buttered floured mould,
Bake for about 30 to 35 minutes
Allow to cool a little and then remove from the mould
