The perfect weeknight dinner with chicken, cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, onion, garlic, and cream of chicken soup topped with crushed Ritz crackers and butter. This casserole brings our dinner to heights. To round up your meal, serve this casserole with green beans or crusty bread.
This casserole, as I mentioned, is an amazing make-ahead and freezer meal. If desired, you can double the recipe and freeze or refrigerate the other for later. Before serving, thaw the frozen casserole in the fridge overnight, then bake as instructed.
