This pizza is better than regular pizza! This has all the same deliciousness of a regular pizza (but way better!) without the crust. Plus, this pizza recipe is super easy to customize. If you love pizza but closely watching your carbs, this NO Dough Pizza Low Carb Pizza Crust is for you!
1 (8 oz.) package of cream cheese, softened
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese Toppings
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
¾ cup pizza sauce
¼ ground black pepper
How to make NO Dough Pizza Low Carb Pizza Crust
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees. Using cooking spray, grease a baking dish.
Step 2: Combine the cream cheese, pepper, eggs, garlic powder, and Parmesan. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish, evenly spreading using a spoon.
Step 3: Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 15 to 20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
Step 4: Remove from the oven when done and allow to cool for about 10 minutes.
Step 5: Over the slightly cooled crust, spread the pizza sauce. Sprinkle with cheese and top with your favorite toppings. For a unique, garlicky flavor, sprinkle some garlic powder on top.
Step 6: Continue to bake for additional 10 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
Step 7: serve the pizza immediately. Enjoy!

Leftovers can be kept in the fridge. To reheat, microwave or place in the oven.
