FOR THE CRUST:
1 16-ounces package Nutter Butter bars, crushed and divided
6 tbsp butter, melted
FOR THE PIE:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 1/4 c creamy peanut butter, divided
3/4 c granulated sugar
1 c frozen whipped cream topping, thawed, or whipped cream (plus extra for topping)
Step 1: Put the cookies into a food processor and pulse to crumbs.
Step 2: Set aside 1/2 cup of the crumbs for later use.
Step 3: Add the rest of the cookie crumb into a medium mixing bowl.
Step 4: Add melted butter and beat until well mixed.
Step 5: Apply cooking spray in a 9-inch pie pan.
Step 6: Transfer the mixture into the prepared pan and gently press it to stick on the sides and bottom.
Step 7: In a large mixing bowl, add 1 cup of peanut butter, cream cheese, and sugar. Beat with an electric mixer until well mixed.
Step 8: Add the frozen whipped cream and beat until just blended.
Step 9: Transfer the filling into the pie crust.
Step 10: Add a layer of whipped cream over the filling and spread it evenly.
Step 11: Put the rest of the butter inside the microwave and heat until melted for about 30 seconds.
Step 12: Spread the melted butter over the pie.
Step 13: Add dollops of whipped topping and the reserved cookie crumb.
Step 14: Place it inside the fridge to chill for about 6 hours.
Step 15: Serve and enjoy!
