This salad has always been a part of my family since I was young. My mom made this all the time! I am so grateful to her for teaching me this awesome recipe! Oh, man, give this one a try and I promise that it will not disappoint you! Feel free to add more ingredients if you wish. For example, I have always wanted to add chilli powder. I don’t know but I think it would take this salad to the next level! Tweak this recipe to your liking and make it your recipe. I hope you all love and appreciate this simple recipe. 4 c cooked macaroni, about 2 c dry
1 c real mayonnaise
3 hardboiled eggs, chopped
1/2 c diced celery
2 green onions, thinly sliced and divided
1 tbsp prepared yellow mustard (optional)
1 tbsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, add in the cooked macaroni, sliced green onions, sliced eggs, and chopped celery. Stir until well combined.
Step 2: Add in the mustard, mayonnaise, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
Step 3: You can omit the mustard if you don’t want it.
Step 4: Place the mixing bowl inside the fridge for 4 hours to overnight.
Step 5: Remove from the fridge.
Step 6: Sprinkle more extra green onions on top.
Step 7: Serve and enjoy!
