HOW TO MAKE OLD-FASHIONED PEACH COBBLER
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 375 degrees F.
Step 2: To a large casserole or baking dish, add the peaches, sugar, and cinnamon. Evenly dollop the peaches with butter cubes.
Step 3: Place the melted butter, sugar, all-purpose flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in another bowl. Mix well until you have a cookie batter dough.
Step 4: Clump and evenly spread the batter on top of the cobbler.
Step 5: Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 20 to 25 minutes or until the sides of the cobbler are bubbly, and the top is golden brown.
Step 6: Remove from the oven when done and let the cobbler cool for about 15 to 20 minutes until set.
Step 7: Serve the peach cobbler with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream. Enjoy!
NOTE:
If using ripe and juicy peaches, you might need a dollop of extra butter on top, as it helps make more juice if the peaches are not all the way ripe.
