How to make One Pot Spaghetti Bolognaise Bake
Step 1: Into a cast-iron pot, heat the oil over medium heat. Once hot, add the chopped onions, carrots, and celery. Saute for about 5 to 8 minutes.
Step 2: Toss in the garlic and mince. Fry for another 5 to 8 minutes, breaking the mince up as it cooks using a wooden spoon until brown.
Step 3: Next, add the tomato paste, chopped tomatoes, stock, salt, and pepper. Stir well. Put the lid on and bring everything to a boil.
Step 4: Then, add the parsley followed by the Fatti’s & Moni’s Bellissimo Bucatini. Continue to cook for additional 5 to 7 minutes or until the pasta begins to soften and the sauce has slightly thickened.
Step 5: Take the pot off the heat.
Step 6: Onto the spaghetti bolognese, drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese. Make sure to try to create the most solid layer possible. On top, sprinkle with Gouda cheese and mozzarella cheese, making sure to completely cover the pasta.
Step 7: Into the preheated 180 degrees C oven, bake the spaghetti Bolognaise for about 10 to 15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling and golden.
Step 8: Before serving, garnish the Spaghetti Bolognaise Bake with some fresh basil leaves. Enjoy!
