Ingredients
4 eggs
1/2 cup Bisquick, or gluten-free Bisquick (1 c. of Bisquick can be substituted by a mix of 1 c. of flour, 1½ tsp of baking powder, ½ tsp of salt, and 1 tbsp of oil or melted butter)
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup coconut, flaked
1 tablespoon butter, softened
3/4 cup sugar
How to make Coconut Custard Pie
Step 1: Mix all the ingredients until well blended.
Step 2: Into a 9-inch greased pie pan, pour the batter and watch the mixture magically layers into a crust, custard, and coconut topping.
