5-6 large Russet potatoes
1/3 c olive oil
1 1/2 tbsp sea salt
Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 220 degrees C or 425 degrees F.
Step 2: Wash and pat dry the potatoes, then poke with a fork 4 to 6 times to make small holes.
Step 3: Rub the potatoes with olive oil with your hands or with a baking brush.
Step 4: Season the potatoes with sea salt to taste.
Step 5: Arrange the potatoes on a baking sheet.
Step 6: Place the baking sheet inside the preheated oven and bake for 45 minutes to 50 minutes or until done. Large potatoes may cook longer so make sure to bake them 5 to 10 more minutes.
Step 7: When the potatoes are fork-tender, they are done. Make sure to flip the potatoes while baking.
Step 8: Remove the potatoes from the oven.
Step 9: Serve with your preferred dressing or toppings. Enjoy!
For the toppings, I recommend blue cheese, sour cream, or ranch.
