Ingredients:
3 tablespoons butter, melted
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 pounds of salmon fillets
3 tablespoons sour cream
1 c panko bread crumbs
1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon dried dill
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 garlic clove, grated or pressed
salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Prepare the oven and preheat to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.
2. In a mixing bowl, add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1 pressed garlic clove, and 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise. Stir until well blended.
3. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the salmon fillets, then toss until well coated.
4. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminium foil.
5. Lay the salmon fillets onto the prepared baking sheet.
6. Top each salmon fillet with the mayonnaise mixture and spread it evenly.
7. Add 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese, 1 cup of Panko bread crumbs, 3 tablespoons butter, and 1 tablespoon dried dill into a mixing bowl. Stir until well blended.
8. Add the bread crumb mixture on top of each salmon fillet and spread it evenly.
9. Place the salmon fillets inside the preheated oven and bake for about 15 to 20 minutes or until done.
10. Remove from the oven and let the salmon fillets rest for a few minutes at room temperature.
11. Serve and enjoy!
Note:
Place any leftovers in an airtight container, then place them inside the fridge. They can last up to 5 days or 3 months in the freezer.
