I love these Parmesan Baked Pork Chops. It is seriously delicious and one of the best pork chop recipes I’ve made! Cooking pork chops might seem tricky to get right, but with this recipe, you do not need to worry about messing this up! It is super easy and quick to make. Made with just pantry staples and ready in a snap! For a tasty coating, dip the chops first in the egg, then dredge in the breadcrumb and Parmesan mixture. This method also keeps the pork chops moist and juicy. These chops are then baked in the oven until done. For a complete meal, serve these Parmesan Baked Pork Chops with roasted potatoes, green beans, or your preferred veggies. These pork chops also pair great with mashed potatoes.
Ingredients
4 (5 oz.) of boneless center-cut pork chops that are ½” thick
1 c. of Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1 c. of grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp of garlic powder
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp of ground black pepper
Non-stick cooking spray
How to make Parmesan Baked Pork Chops
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees F. Using aluminum foil, line a baking dish and grease it with cooking spray.
Step 2: In a bowl, place the Parmesan cheese, pepper, bread crumbs, and garlic powder. Mix well until combined and set aside.
Step 3: Drizzle the pork chops with olive oil and rub them on the entire meat. Then, dredge into the Parmesan mixture, making sure the pork chops are well coated. Into the prepared baking dish, place the pork chops.
Step 4: Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 40 to 45 minutes or until the pork chops are no longer pink in the middle.
Step 5: Take the chops out of the oven when done and serve right away. Enjoy!
Tip:
Make sure to bake the pork chops until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees.
