Perfectly Seasoned Roasted Potatoes

Prep Time: 15 mins | Cook Time: 35 mins | Total Time: 50 mins | Yield: 4 to 6 Servings

These incredibly delicious roasted potatoes are the best treats you will ever have today! Oh, man, you are so in for a treat! Feel free to add more ingredients to this very simple recipe. I am sure that you can add a lot. Last time, I added shredded cheddar cheese and I broiled it. It was divine! I suggest you do the same thing! Have a great day, friends. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

6 large Yukon Gold Potatoes
1/4 cup olive oil
1 1/2 tsp paprika
1 1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp cumin
1/3 – 1/2 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt

Directions:

Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 230 degrees C or 450 degrees F.

Step 2: Line with parchment paper a rimmed baking sheet.

Step 3: Slice the peeled potatoes and put them in a large mixing bowl.

Step 4: In a separate small mixing bowl, add the spices and olive oil. Stir until well combined.

Step 5: Drizzle the olive oil mixture on top of the potatoes.

Step 6: Transfer the potatoes onto the prepared baking sheet.

Step 7: Place the baking sheet inside the preheated oven and bake for about 35 minutes at 225 degrees C or 450 degrees F or until fork-tender and crispy.

Step 8: Remove the potatoes from the oven and sprinkle salt on top if you want.

Step 9: Serve and enjoy!
