How to make Pineapple Pretzel Fluff Salad
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 400 degrees. Using parchment paper or a silicone baking mat, line a baking sheet.
Step 2: In a medium bowl, place the pretzels, melted butter, and 1/2 cup sugar. Mix well until completely blended.
Step 3: On the lined baking sheet, spread the mixture in an even layer. Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 7 minutes.
Step 4: Once done, take the dish out of the oven and allow it to cool before crumbling into pieces.
Step 5: Beat the cream cheese in a large bowl or mixer for about 2 to 4 minutes or until fluffy. Then, add the rest of the half cup sugar and mix well until blended.
Step 6: Next, fold in the drained pineapple along with the thawed frozen whipped topping. Allow this to set for about an hour.
Step 7: Right before serving, sprinkle the salad with the crumbled pretzels. Fold in until incorporated.
Step 8: Serve and enjoy!
