This cake is so smooth on the inside that it almost feels like ice cream! I kid you not. Give it a try and serve it on a hot day. This will surely satisfy your cravings for a sweet and cold treat! Just make sure to refrigerate it first before serving. I have listed all the steps and ingredients so all you need to do is to follow them step by step and you are good to go. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

1 box white cake mix
1 cup crushed pineapples (drained)
1/2 cup pistachio nuts, chopped
1 box pistachio pudding, 3.4 ounces

Directions:

Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 350 degrees F or 175 degrees C.

Step 2: In a large bowl, add the cake mix, pineapples, pistachio nuts, pudding, eggs, water, and oil. Use an electric mixer to mix for about 2 minutes.

Step 5: Place it inside the preheated oven and refer to instructions written on the cake mix package.

Step 6: Remove from the oven and allow it to cool at room temperature.

Step 8: Add in the Cool Whip and stir until well blended.

Step 9: Spread the frosting over the cake.

Step 10: Place the cake inside the fridge to chill.
