Ingredients:
1 c butter, melted
2 c white sugar
½ c cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 Eggs
1 ½ c all-purpose flour
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
½ c walnut halves
Directions:
1. Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
2. Apply cooking spray in a 9×13-inch baking pan.
3. In a mixing bowl, add sugar, melted butter, cocoa powder, eggs, flour, vanilla, baking powder, and salt. Beat until well mixed.
4. Transfer the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
5. Arrange the sliced walnuts on top.
6. Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean after inserting it in the middle.
7. Remove from the oven and allow it to cool completely at room temperature.
