I love these Roasted Cabbage Steaks so much! If you want to take a break from the usual greasy steaks we usually eat, then this will surely be a treat for you! I have listed all the ingredients and directions so all you need to do is to follow them for they will guide you to perfection! Feel free to add more ingredients to this very basic recipe. 2 small cabbage heads
3 tablespoons olive oil
½ teaspoon salt or to taste
2 teaspoons paprika
1 tablespoon garlic powder
Step 1: Slice the stems of the cabbage, then divide it into two. Slice each half into two to make four discs of cabbage.
Step 2: Line with parchment paper a baking sheet.
Step 3: Arrange the cabbage slices onto the prepared baking sheet.
Step 4: Coat each cabbage with olive oil.
Step 5: Season each cabbage with garlic powder, paprika, and salt on all sides.
Step 6: Sprinkle red pepper flakes over each cabbage.
Step 7: Prepare the oven and preheat to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.
Step 8: Place the baking sheet inside the preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes or until cooked to your preference.
Step 9: Remove the baking sheet from the oven.
Step 10: Serve the cabbage steaks immediately. Enjoy!
