2 tsp Ground Mustard
4-5 dashes of Worcestershire Sauce
Salt And Pepper, to taste
1 tbsp Ketchup
Gravy:
8 oz white mushrooms, sliced (can swap two 3 oz. cans of mushrooms)

2 tsp Kitchen Bouquet
4 dashes Worcestershire
Salt & Pepper, to taste
3 tbsp of Corn Starch dissolved in 3 tbsp water
HOW TO MAKE SALISBURY STEAK MEATBALLS
Step 1: Place the meatball ingredients in a bowl. Mix well, then shape into balls (you can form the balls larger than a golf ball).
Step 2: In a skillet, pour a few tbsp of oil. Once hot, add the meatballs and sear on medium heat, rotating the meatballs occasionally to keep them from burning. Set aside when the meatballs are evenly browned.
Step 3: Do not wash the pan, just remove the excess grease. Then, add 2 tbsp butter. Toss in the sliced onions and cook on medium-high heat for about 5 to 10 minutes until the onions are golden brown, tender, and aromatic. Next, add the mushrooms and continue to cook for a few minutes more. Adjust the heat to medium and pour in the beef stock. Add the Worcestershire sauce and ketchup. Stir and let the mixture simmer for about 10 minutes. Stir in the Kitchen Bouquet and cornstarch mixture until the gravy has started to thicken. To taste, season with salt and pepper.
Step 4: To the gravy, return the meatballs. Adjust the heat to low. Put the lid on and continue to cook for another 20 to 30 minutes.
Step 5: Serve the meatballs with mashed potatoes. Enjoy!
