Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds sausage kielbasa or smoked sausage, sliced 1/4″ thick
2 pounds baby creamer potatoes, washed, sliced in half
2 15 ounces cans of green beans, drained
1/8 c vegetable oil
1/4 c butter
1 c onions, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Slap Ya Mama® seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/4 c water
Directions:
1. Prepare the oven and preheat to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.
2. Apply cooking spray in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
3. Slice the washed potatoes into two.
4. Add the potato slices inside a large resealable bag.
5. Add the seasonings, oil, red pepper flakes, and pepper. Shake the bag until the potato slices are well coated.
6. Place a frying pan on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
7. Add water and sausage. Cook until brown and clear.
8. Remove the brown sausage from the pan and allow it to cool completely.
9. Add the cooled sausage into the bag with the potato slices. Shake the bag until well combined.
10. In the same pan, add butter and allow it to melt.
11. Add the garlic and onions. Sauté until aromatic and soft.
12. Allow the mixture to cool, then add them into the bag. Shake it until well combined.
13. Add the green beans and shake the bag again until well combined.
14. Transfer the mixture into the greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
15. Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about 40 minutes or until done.
16. Serve hot and enjoy!
