These five easy steps will guide you toward perfection! Just follow them step by step, and you are good to go! Make sure to read the notes below for some awesome tips. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
2 teaspoons butter
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 tablespoon milk
4 large Eggs
Shredded cheese optional
Directions:
Add milk, eggs, pepper, and salt into a mixing bowl. Whisk until well incorporated.
Place a large nonstick skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium-low. Add butter and allow it to melt.
Add the egg mixture and spread it evenly. Allow it to set over low heat.
Add cheese if you wish at this stage and cook the eggs further until they form soft curds.
Immediately transfer to a clean serving plate. Serve right away!
Notes:
Feel free to add your preferred herbs such as basil, cilantro, chives, or parsley.
Feel free to add salsa if you wish. Add it while cooking the eggs.
For a spicy version, you can add hot sauce.
Shredded cheese is a great addition to the eggs. It gives a creamy and delicious taste in each bite! I highly suggest using crumbled feta, grated Parmesan cheese, or shredded Monterey Jack cheese.
Make sure not to overcook the eggs. Remove them from the heat once soft curds form.
For a complete meal, serve scrambled eggs with bread, crispy bacon, sausage, and coffee!
Cook the eggs right after you whisk them. You should cook the eggs over medium-low or low heat.
I do not recommend freezing. Just cook new eggs for the best experience!
