This recipe has always been a part of my life. This was the first dish I have ever tried! My Grandpa taught me this when I was about 10 years old. As years went by, I learned plenty of recipes but this one will always have a special place in my heart! A big thanks to Pops for this. Now, I get to share it with you as well. How awesome is that? Ingredients:
4 baking potatoes, well-scrubbed
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
kosher salt to taste
4 sheets aluminium foil
Directions:
1. Use a fork to poke small holes all over the potatoes.
2. Rub each with olive oil and salt.
3. Wrap the potatoes with aluminium foil.
4. Place them inside the slow cooker.
5. Cover the slow cooker and cook the potatoes for about 4 hours and 30 minutes on a high setting or 8 hours on a low setting.
6. Once they are fork-tender, you are ready to serve.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
