I love this recipe of Lava Cake so much! Its moist texture is amazing! You will surely love every bite of this heavenly cake. This was my first time making a cake in a slow cooker. 1 box chocolate cake mix 15.25 ounces
1 box instant chocolate pudding 3.9 ounces
1 1/4 c whole milk
1/2 c vegetable oil
2 c chocolate chips
1 (12ounces) bag
1/2 c sour cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
Step 1: Apply non-stick cooking spray to the inside of a slow cooker.
Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, add in the cake mix, 1 1/4 cup of milk, pudding mix, eggs, and oil. Beat for 1 minute on low speed or until creamy. (You can add sour cream to make the cake moister.)
Step 3: Beat at medium speed for another 3 minutes or until the batter becomes smooth.
Step 4: Transfer the batter into the sprayed slow cooker.
Step 5: Place the chocolate chips on top and spread it evenly. Make sure not to stir.
Step 6: Cover the slow cooker and cook for 2 ½ hours on low heat or until done.
Step 7: Remove the cake from the slow cooker and allow it to cool at room temperature.
Step 8: Serve and enjoy!
