To make these spicy pork noodles, you need pork tenderloin, brown sugar, soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, and ramen noodles. Before serving, garnish this noodle dish with some green onions. If you desire, you can throw in some green beans or asparagus to these delicious spicy pork noodles.

Feel free to adjust the chili garlic sauce to your desired heat. We love it extra spicy and mild for the kids. I recommend beginning by adding just a tablespoon and adjusting it accordingly. You can make this using leftover pork tenderloin or pork chops. Both are delicious!
1 tablespoon oil
1 (1 pound) pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
½ c. soy sauce
¼ c. brown sugar
2 (3 ounces) packages of ramen noodles, any flavor
green onions, sliced
1 to 2 tablespoons of chili garlic sauce
HOW TO MAKE SPICY PORK NOODLES
Step 1: In boiling water, cook the ramen noodles for about 3 minutes. Discard the flavor pockets. Drain the noodles and set aside.
Step 2: In the meantime, heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the pork tenderloin to the skillet and cook until beginning to brown.
Step 3: Then, add the brown sugar along with the soy sauce and chili garlic sauce. Stir well and decrease the heat. Let the mixture simmer for about 5 minutes.
Step 4: To the skillet, toss in the cooked noodles. Before serving, sprinkle with some green onions. Enjoy!
