Ingredients:
(4) medium baking potatoes, sliced 1/8-inch thick
⅛ tsp garlic powder
⅛ tsp ground black pepper
⅛ tsp celery seed
⅛ tsp paprika
(1) pinch cayenne pepper
4 tbsp olive oil, you can add more as needed
(1) dash salt
Directions:
Preheat oven at about 400 degrees F (200 degrees C)
In a zip-top bag, place potatoes, garlic powder, black pepper, celery seed, paprika, cayenne pepper, and salt. Shake to coat it evenly.
In a large baking sheet, pour the entire contents of the bag and spread evenly. Drizzle it with olive oil.
In a preheated oven, bake for 40-45 minutes until potatoes reached desired crispness, turning frequently to brown evenly.
Remove from the oven, and let it slightly cool and pour into a serving dish.
