These luscious treats never fail to satisfy all my cravings! The awesome cheesy taste in each bite is something to look forward to! I have listed all the ingredients and directions so all you need to do is to follow them step by step and you are good to go! Ingredients:
1/2 cup grated cheese, Parmesan or other
1 teaspoon salt or more – to taste
1 Egg at room temperature
1/3 cup olive oil
2/3 cup milk we used raw, feel free to use what you have
1 1/2 cups tapioca flour
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.
Generously brush with butter in a mini muffin pan.
Add oil, egg, salt, cheese, and milk into a blender. Pulse a few times until well incorporated.
Gradually add the tapioca flour, then pulse again every addition until it forms into a batter.
Transfer the batter to the prepared muffin pan and spread it evenly.
Place the muffin pan in the preheated oven and bake the batter for about 15 minutes or until the top turns golden brown.
Remove the bread from the oven and allow it to rest for a few minutes at room temperature.
Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes:
You can make the batter ahead of time. Refrigerate until ready to bake.
You can use a large muffin pan for this recipe.
You can use a blender to mix all the ingredients for the batter.
