Ingredients:
1/4 c brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
freshly cracked pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
1.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs (4-5 pieces)
Directions:
1. Add brown sugar, cayenne pepper, paprika, salt, pepper, and garlic powder into a mixing bowl. Whisk until well mixed.
2. Use paper towels to pat dry the chicken thighs.
3. Season the chicken thighs with the sugar mixture. Make sure to coat each well.
4. Place a large skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
5. Add olive oil and allow it to become hot.
6. Add the chicken thighs and cook each side for about 5 minutes or until brown.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
