1/2 c. sour cream
4 Boneless Skinless Chicken breasts
1/2 c. mayonnaise
4 slices Swiss cheese (Mozzarella is also a great option!)
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese divided
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Cooked Rice to serve over (Optional)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
HOW TO MAKE SWISS CHICKEN BAKE
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 375 degrees.
Step 2: Using paper towels, pat the chicken breasts dry. In a greased 9 x 13-inch pan, place the chicken. On top, place the sliced cheese.
Step 3: Place the mayonnaise, sour cream, ½ cup Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl. Mix well until combined, then spread this on top of the chicken and sprinkle with the rest of the Parmesan cheese.
Step 4: Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 1 hour.
Step 5: Remove from the oven when done and serve the Swiss Chicken bake right away over rice or enjoy by itself.
