by Sheryl March 25, 2021

Prep Time: 20 mins | Cook Time: 40 mins | Additional Time: 1 hr 30 mins | Total Time: 2 hrs 30 mins | Yield: 24 Servings

This is by far the best recipe for bread I have ever tried! You should too. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

2 c warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
⅔ c white sugar
1 ½ tbsp active dry yeast
1 ½ tsp salt
¼ c vegetable oil
6 c bread flour

Directions:

Step 1: Add warm water and sugar into a large mixing bowl. Stir the sugar is dissolved.

Step 2: Add yeast and stir until well mixed, then allow it to sit for a few minutes.

Step 3: Add oil and salt. Stir until well mixed.

Step 4: Add flour gradually and beat every addition.

Step 5: Sprinkle flour on a flat surface and place the dough on it. Knead the dough until the texture becomes smooth, then place it into a greased mixing bowl.

Step 6: Cover the bowl with a damp towel, then let it sit at room temperature for 1 hour.

Step 7: Knead the dough again and slice it into two.

Step 8: Form loaves out of the sliced dough.

Step 9: Apply cooking spray into two 9×5-inch loaf pans, then place the two slices of dough in it.

Step 10: Let the dough rise again for another 30 minutes.

Step 11: Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.

Step 12: Place the dough inside the preheated oven and bake for about half an hour.

Step 13: Remove from the oven and allow it to cool at room temperature.

Step 14: Serve and enjoy!
