My husband loves spaghetti. He prefers red sauce, but he always makes an exemption with this chicken spaghetti. This is one of his ultimate favorites! Super cheesy, creamy, and incredibly simple to make! For this recipe, you need chicken, spaghetti, cream of chicken, salsa, sour cream, and cheese. Prep this chicken spaghetti in less than ten minutes and have this ready on your dinner table in under forty-five minutes!

1 c. sour cream
8 oz angel hair pasta (half of a 16 oz. box)
1 c. salsa
2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
2 (10 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
2 c. Mexican cheese blend, divided use
dried parsley, for topping (optional)
1 tbsp taco seasoning
How to make The Best Chicken Spaghetti
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees F. Using nonstick cooking spray, grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Step 2: Following the package directions, cook the pasta until al dente. Drain when done.
Step 3: Into the pot, return the pasta. Then, add the diced chicken along with the cream of chicken soup, salsa, sour cream, 1 c of Mexican cheese blend, and taco seasoning. Mix well until blended.
Step 4: Into the prepared baking dish, transfer the mixture and sprinkle the rest of the cheese and dried parsley on top.
Step 5: Using nonstick aluminum foil, tent the baking dish. Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 25 minutes or until the spaghetti is hot and bubbly.
Step 6: Remove from the oven when done and serve the chicken spaghetti immediately. Enjoy!
To cut down on time, you can use store-bought pre-cooked or pre-grilled chicken.
