These are the best pork chops indeed! Oh, man, you need to give this recipe a try, I’m telling you! I have listed all the things you will be needing so you just have to follow them step by step and you are good to go! Feel free to modify this recipe to your preference. I am sure that you can do a lot to make this recipe even better. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
4 tbsp of Butter
2 eggs
4 large pork chops about 1-inch thick, bone-In
3 to 4 tablespoons Fresh Parsley, Minced
2 of Honey
1 tablespoon of Vinegar, I used Red Wine Vinegar
1 tsp Paprika
1 Box of Oven Fry for Pork made by Kraft Foods
1 tablespoon of Yellow Mustard
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, add the cracked eggs and whisk until creamy. Allow it to rest at room temperature for several minutes.
2. Use paper towels to pat dry the pork chops.
3. Coat each pork chop with the egg mixture, then into the oven fry. Shake off any excess. Repeat the process with the rest of the pork chops.
4. Line with aluminium foil on a baking sheet, then apply cooking spray on it.
5. Prepare the oven and preheat to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.
6. Sprinkle a bit of oven fry over the pork chops.
7. Top each pork chop with butter.
8. Place the pork chops inside the preheated oven and bake for about 20 minutes or until tender.
9. In a mixing bowl, add the vinegar, mustard, 1/2 parsley, paprika, and honey. Stir until well blended.
10. Drizzle the mixture on top of the pork chops and spread it evenly.
11. Bake for another 5 minutes or until done.
12. Place the pork chops onto a clean serving plate, then garnish them with the rest of the parsley.
13. Serve and enjoy!
