How to make The Best Pork Chops In Mushroom Gravy
Step 1: In a large skillet, heat 1 tbsp olive oil over medium heat. With garlic salt and black pepper, season the pork chops. Once the oil is hot, add the chops to the skillet and sear for about 5 to 8 minutes on each side until brown. To a plate, transfer the chops.
Step 2: In the same skillet, add another 1 tbsp olive oil. Add the mushrooms and cook for about 5 to 8 minutes until tender. Scrape any browned bits from the bottom of the pan. Then, pour in the mushroom soup and water. Stir well.
Step 3: Into the mushroom sauce, add the pork chops and any accumulated juices. Over the chops, spoon the sauce. Let everything simmer for about 10 to 15 minutes until the meat is no longer pink and the juices run clear, spooning the sauce over the spoons often.
