This is the best lasagna you’ll ever lay your hands on! Super cheesy, meaty, and mouthwatering. It has three kinds of cheese; ricotta cheese, mozzarella, and parmesan. What more can you ask for? This is the 2.0 version of your usual lasagna. We all love a good old traditional lasagna, but this is insanely good we cannot keep our hands off! The combination of ricotta cheese, mozzarella, and parmesan are perfect! Whenever I serve this, I feel like a super-mom. The kids can’t get enough of this, they always ask for another plate. This lasagna is my family’s favorite and a staple in my house.
1 lb. ground beef
1 jar RAGÚ® Old World Style® Traditional Sauce
1 container (15 oz.) part-skim ricotta cheese
2 cups shredded part-skim Mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
12 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
HOW TO MAKE THREE CHEESE BEEF LASAGNA
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 375 degrees F.
Step 2: In a 12-inch skillet, brown the ground beef and drain the excess fat.
Step 3: Stir in the sauce and heat through.
Step 4: In a large bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, and eggs. Set aside.
Step 5: In a 13 x 9-inch baking dish, spread evenly a cup of meat sauce.
Step 6: Place 4 lasagna noodles over the meat sauce, then, place another layer of meat sauce and half of the ricotta cheese mixture. Repeat the same layer, then, top with the remaining noodles and sauce.
Step 7: Cover the dish with aluminum foil. Place inside the preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes.
Step 8: After 30 minutes, remove the foil and sprinkle with the rest of the parmesan cheese.
Step 9: Put the dish back into the oven and bake, uncovered, for another 5 minutes.
Step 10: Once done, remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
