I have loved cornbread ever since I was a little kid. It is the perfect side dish for pretty much anything! 2 – 8.5 oz. boxes Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
2/3 c milk
1 c sour cream
1/2 c vegetable oil
2 tablespoons sugar (optional)
Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.
Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, add all the ingredients for the Jiffy Corn Muffin Mixes. Stir until well combined.
Step 3: Add the milk, vegetable oil, sugar, and eggs. Beat until well combined.
Step 4: Apply cooking spray in a 9×9-inch casserole dish.
Step 5: Transfer the batter into the prepared casserole dish.
Step 6: Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about 25 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean after inserting it in the middle.
Step 7: Remove from the oven and allow it to cool at room temperature.
Step 8: Serve and enjoy!
