1/2 c. mayo
1/2 tablespoon fresh cracked white pepper
1/2 tablespoon Creole mustard
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon paprika
2 teaspoon horseradish
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons vegetable oil for cooking

How to make White BBQ Chicken Subs
Step 1: Combine the White BBQ sauce ingredients until blended and place in the fridge until ready to use.
Step 2: In a saute pan, add the chicken and season with salt and pepper. Sear the chicken until done. Halfway through cooking the chicken, add the shallots.
Step 3: Allow the chicken tenders to cool before chopping, then place them in a mixing bowl. Add the cooked onions along with cheese and the white BBQ sauce. Toss well until everything is combined.
Step 4: In the middle, slice the bread. Make sure not to cut the bread all the way through.
Step 5: Between the subs, divide the chicken mixture and sprinkle extra cheese on top.
Step 6: On a baking sheet, place the subs. Broil until the cheese has melted.
Step 7: Before serving, drizzle a bit more of the white BBQ on top. Enjoy immediately!
