A quiche is, in my opinion, the ultimate, ideal dish. There’s a nice crunch from the crust, and the egg and cheese inside are light and airy, and delicious. Most mornings, you may find us having a quiche with a side of fruit salad or a smoothie. We also like them for supper with a refreshing salad, such as strawberries and spinach.
In our house, bacon is a surefire hit. In addition, the white cheddar’s tang and creaminess take this quiche to the next level.
If you’re looking for a new quiche recipe to try for any meal of the day, this white cheddar and bacon version is a great option. I believe you will find it deliciously fulfilling!

Ingredients
8 eggs
4 slices bacon, cooked and roughly chopped
1 cup milk (I use skim)
1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust (I use store-bought)
¼ cup minced green onion
8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
How to make White Cheddar and Bacon Quiche
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees.
Step 2: Place the eggs, milk, onions, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix well until blended. Add the bacon and cheddar. Mix well until incorporated.
Step 3: Into the pie crust, pour the mixture. To prevent the filling from spilling over, place the pie on a rimmed baking sheet.
Step 4: Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 45 minutes or until the center of the quiche is golden and set.
Step 5: Take the quiche out of the oven and let it sit for about 10 minutes before serving.
Step 6: Slice and serve. Enjoy!
