Ingredients:
1.5 c chicken breasts, cut into small pieces
For Marination/Breading:
1/2 c buttermilk
1 egg
3/4 c all-purpose Flour
As per need Salt
1/4 c Cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
1 c Panko
For Bang Bang Sauce:
1/2 c Mayonnaise
1/4 c Sweet Chili Sauce
2 tablespoons Frank’s Hot Sauce
A pinch Salt
1 teaspoon White Vinegar
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
1/2 teaspoon Sugar
1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
Directions:
Step 1: Slice the chicken breasts. Make sure to clean and pat dry them first.
Step 2: Add all the ingredients for the breading in a large mixing bowl. Stir until well combined.
Step 3: Allow the oil to become hot. Make sure to add enough oil to deep fry the chicken.
Step 4: Toss the chicken pieces into the batter and coat completely.
Step 5: Add the coated chicken into the hot oil and cook until golden brown.
Step 6: In a medium mixing bowl, add all the ingredients for the Bang Bang Sauce. Stir until well combined.
Step 7: Put the fried chicken pieces into the sauce and toss until well coated.
Step 8: Serve and enjoy!
